Complete a Media Approval Gallery


Media Approval Project Mode is only available to Enterprise Users

Media Approval Galleries allow assigned Approvers to review images and submit approval decisions.

Complete Your Review

  1. Claim the invitation using the email address it was sent to.
  2. Open the assigned Project and Gallery in the Review workspace.
  3. Choose Picture Viewer to inspect one image at a time or Contact Sheet to review multiple images.
  4. Approve or reject each image.
  5. Mark favourites, if helpful.
  6. Review your decisions.
  7. Select Submit Review.

A green checkmark identifies a completed Media Approval.

Approval Notes

  • Favourites are separate from approval decisions.
  • A rejection counter may show how many rejections remain.
  • Downloads are available only when enabled.
  • Decisions can be changed until you select Submit Review.

To change a decision after submitting, contact the sender to reopen the review.
