Understanding Media Approvals
Media Approvals are an Enterprise workflow for managing images that must move through one or more stages of review before final approval.
Media Approval Projects are created by the ScreenKey Team and organized into Galleries containing the images to be reviewed.
Assigned Media Approvals appear in the Approver’s Review workspace.
How Media Approvals Work
- Images are organized into Galleries.
- Approvers receive access to an entire Gallery or selected images.
- Approvers mark each image as approved or rejected.
- Final decisions are submitted through the Gallery.
- Approved images can be organized into Smart Galleries for delivery.
Depending on the workflow, Approvers may also be able to mark favourites, download images or work within a defined rejection limit.
Approvers vs. Reviewers
Approvers make formal approval or rejection decisions within assigned Galleries.
This differs from standard Reviewer access, which is intended for watching content and providing feedback.
Availability
Media Approvals is available exclusively to Enterprise Organizations and must be requested and configured through the ScreenKey Team.
