Watch and Navigate Shared Media
Claimed Projects and Screening Rooms appear in the Review workspace.
Open Shared Content
- Navigate to Review.
- Search or filter to find the Project or Screening Room.
- Select it to open.
- Navigate through the available folders, categories or Projects.
- Select a media file to begin viewing.
You will only see the content the Project Team has shared with you.
Available Review Actions
Depending on your permissions, you may also be able to:
- Provide feedback or comments
- Download media
- Mark favourites
- Complete a review
- Approve or reject assigned media
If an expected option is unavailable, it may not be enabled for your access.
Viewing Tips
For the best experience:
- Use an up-to-date browser.
- Maintain a stable internet connection.
- Confirm that the Project’s access window is active.
- Sign in with the email address that received the invitation.
You can return to claimed content through Review while your access remains active.
