Claim and Revisit a Review Invitation

When someone shares a ScreenKey Project or Screening Room with you, you must first claim the invitation using the email address it was sent to.

Claim Your Invitation

1. Open the ScreenKey link from the email, message or invitation you received.
2. Sign in using the same email address that received the invitation.
3. If you are new to ScreenKey, create an account using that email address.
4. Accept the invitation.
5. Open the Project or Screening Room and begin reviewing.

You can also claim pending invitations from the purple notification banner at the top of the Review workspace.

Find the Project Again

Once claimed, the Project appears in Review. You do not need to return to the original invitation.

You can revisit it while its access window remains active.

If You Cannot Find the Project

Confirm that:

• You are signed in with the invited email address.
• You have claimed the invitation.
• You are looking in Review.
• The access window has not expired.

If access has expired, contact the sender to request renewed access.
