Customize the Viewing Experience

A polished Project screening environment helps Reviewers understand what they are viewing and creates a more professional presentation. These options are especially useful for Theater Mode Projects. 

You can customize and brand your project workspace by: 

1. Updating Project setting details via the Edit Project to include a detailed project description or custom notes for the reviewer.
2. Add branding assets such as Posters and/or Banner images

Project description

Use Edit Project > Edit Project Details to add or update the description. Reviewer-facing descriptions can include a synopsis, logline/tagline, series details, review instructions, campaign notes, version information, or other useful context.

Poster image

The poster image is the main thumbnail for the Project and may appear on Project cards, Project details, and Reviewer-facing pages. Add or update it by selecting the Project thumbnail or using Edit Project > Edit Poster Image. Upload an image, then zoom and reposition it as needed before saving.

Banner image

The banner is the large background or header-style Project image. Use Edit Project > Edit Banner Image, upload or drag in an image, adjust the crop, and save.
